Larissa Pacifico

Larissa Pacifico has worked in various HR and business roles since 2015. In 2015, they were a Project Director at RH Consultoria Júnior - UFMG. In 2017, they were an HR Internship at Monterre Construtora, where they were responsible for implementing the Human Resources department from scratch. In 2018, they worked as Waitstaff at Airport Retail Enterprises Australia, as a Scrum Master at dti digital, and as a People Experience - HR Analyst at dti digital. In 2021, they began working as a Human Resources Analyst at Fanatee, where they are responsible for all HR processes such as onboarding, culture, employee experience, training, 1:1's, feedbacks and the full-cycle recruitment. Larissa also helps leaders to develop their teams.

Larissa Pacifico completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais in 2019. Larissa is currently pursuing an advanced degree in Clinical Psychology: Gestalt-Therapy and Existential Analysis from the same university. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Facilitation Design from Echos Desirable Futures in 2022, #IamRemarkable Facilitator from g.co/IamRemarkable in 2022, Kanban Foundation (KIKF) from CertiProf in 2020, Scrum Master from dti digital in 2020, Management 3.0 Foundation Workshop from Management 3.0 in 2019, Agile HR Workshop from Agile Minas in 2019, Human Resources Diploma from Australian Pacific College in 2018, and Business Partner from ergon in 2017.
