Jodi Martin

Jodi (Daniels) Martin is an experienced leader in learning and development, currently serving as Vice President at Fanatics, Inc. since November 2017. In this role, Jodi has established the learning and development function to support various employee groups across the organization, developing strategies that enhance the employee experience, including onboarding and leadership development. Prior to Fanatics, Jodi held multiple senior roles at The Disney Store and Disney Consumer Products, overseeing talent acquisition, field human resources, and training for a workforce of approximately 3,500 employees. Jodi's career also includes roles at The Children's Place, KMart, and Esprit de Corp., where expertise in training and development was cultivated. Jodi holds a degree from Central Michigan University.
