Kelly Cortina is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in product strategy and merchandising across multiple leading brands in the apparel industry. Currently serving as Chief Product Officer of Apparel & Headwear and Senior Vice President at Fanatics since 2025, Cortina oversees the development and execution of product vision in collaboration with merchandising and design teams. Previously, at Crocs, Inc., as Chief Product + Merchandising Officer, Cortina played a key role in establishing the HEYDUDE brand post-acquisition. Throughout tenure at The North Face, Cortina led a team of 150 to drive product innovation and market initiatives. Prior experience at Under Armour included various leadership roles, contributing significantly to brand growth and product development. Cortina's career began at Abercrombie & Fitch, where valuable insights in merchandising were gained during a period of rapid expansion. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University and executive leadership training from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
