Carlos Rodriguez

Carlos Rodriguez is currently the Program Manager and Director of Operations at TTEC, overseeing the Metro ExpressLanes Electronic Tolling Program. Prior to this role, Carlos worked as the Operations Quality and Training Manager at Faneuil Inc. for the same program. With previous experience at Futuredontics, Inc. and ING, Carlos has a strong background in operations management and project management. Carlos holds a degree in Digital Electronics and Microprocessors from the College of Integrated Science.
