Mike Napier

Mike Napier is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in research, insights, and marketing. Currently serving as a Professor at Fanshawe College since January 2024, Mike previously held key roles at Canada Life from May 2012 to November 2023, where responsibilities included managing a research team and leading brand initiatives for a strategic distribution project. With a strong background in client-driven research and a passion for making insurance accessible, Mike has also gained expertise through previous positions at LEVEL5 Strategy Group and Framework Partners Inc. Academic qualifications include a Professional Certificate in Leadership from Western University, a Master's in Economics from the University of Calgary, and a Bachelor's in Economics (Honours) from Western University.
