Jean Xincong He

Jean Xincong Jean Xincong has a diverse work experience in the field of user experience and design. Currently, they are working as a User Experience Lead at Fantasy, where they are responsible for directing the end-to-end user experience and building speculative visions for digital products. Jean Xincong also manages and mentors junior designers.

In their freelance work, Jean has built frameworks, design ecosystems, and brand identities for startup clients. Jean Xincong has collaborated with agile teams to develop AI embedded customer software and led a team of designers in a human-machine interface startup.

Jean has also worked as a Creative Director/Consultant at IXTen, leading the digital experience and art direction for a steam-based video game. At Huge, they were an Experience Design Lead, responsible for planning, scoping, and directing design for products on multiple platforms.

Jean Xincong has also gained experience as a Product Designer at Doblin, where they developed a mobile app to connect farmers' markets with the community. Jean has contributed to UI/UX design at Hyperloop Transportation Technologies and BYTON, and worked as a Concept Designer/DesignStorm at Amazon. Jean Xincong also completed internships at Faraday Future and Nestlé, where they worked on various design projects.

Jean Xincong Jean Xincong has a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction + Design from the University of Washington. Prior to that, the individual earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design from the ArtCenter College of Design. Additionally, there is a certification in Storytelling for Influence obtained in February 2022 from IDEO U. It is not specified if a degree was earned, but there is a background in Graphic Design from the College for Creative Studies.
