Throughout their career, Tim has demonstrated expertise in overseeing product development teams, driving innovation, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Tim has experience in managing cross-functional departments and collaborating with clients to strategize new product sourcing initiatives. Tim has successfully launched new products, managed private label sourcing, and led creative and merchandising teams. Tim also has a background in business development and consulting.
