Lindsey Lee, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Lindsey currently serves as the Director of Human Resources and Accounting at FAR Out Hospitality since January 2022. Prior to this, Lindsey worked at Doc B's Fresh Kitchen, where they held the positions of Corporate Accountant from February 2016 to November 2021 and Corporate Accounting Assistant from June 2015 to February 2016. Before that, they gained experience as a Team Lead at Mario Tricoci Hair Salons & Day Spas from April 2014 to June 2015. Lindsey's career began at Microsoft, where they worked as a Billing Support Analyst from January 2014 to April 2014.
Lindsey Lee, SHRM-CP, completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology at North Dakota State University from 2008 to 2012. In October 2023, they obtained their SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.

FAR Out Hospitality was founded by restaurateur and chef, Felipe Armenta. A highly celebrated chef and local in the Fort Worth, Texas area. San Angelo, Texas is where he made his first imprint in the restaurant scene, with the opening of The Grill, back in 2008. He has continued to create unique and crave worthy eateries all around the Fort Worth and Dallas area since. The collection of restaurants also includes, The Tavern, Press Cafe, F1 Smokehouse & F1 Food Truck, Pacific Table, Maria's Mexican Kitchen, Towne Grill, Cowboy Prime, and Le Margot with more to come!
