BO ZHANG

Bo Zhang has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Starting in 1993, Bo Zhang worked as a Senior Sourcing Manager at GE Medical until 1998. Following this, they joined IBM where they held roles as a Senior Procurement Manager from 1998 to 2001 and subsequently as a Senior Sales Manager from 2001 to 2002.

From 2002 to 2008, Bo Zhang served as the Commercial Director at Marquis Food. BO then transitioned to British Sugar, where they worked as the Head of Procurement & Logistics from 2008 to 2010.

In 2010, Bo Zhang joined Hanergy Holding Group and Global Solar Energy as Vice President and Chairman of the Board. BO held this position until 2016.

From 2013 to 2017, Bo Zhang served as the Executive President of China New Energy Chamber of Commerce.

In 2017, Bo Zhang became the CEO of NICE SOLAR ENERGY LTD. and held the position until 2022.

Currently, Bo Zhang is the Vice President of Farasis Energy and CEO of Farasis(Zhenjiang), a position they have held since August 2022.

Bo Zhang has a diverse education history in the fields of Industry & Business Administration and Electronic Engineering. In 1989, Bo Zhang completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Electronic Engineering from Beihang University. Later, in 1994, they pursued an MBA degree in Industry & Business Administration from the GE Technical Leadership Program from 1994 to 1996. They furthered their education at Renmin University of China from 1996 to 1998, focusing on Industry & Business Administration. Most recently, in 2013 to 2014, Bo Zhang attended the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) to earn an Advanced Management Program (AMP) degree in Industry & Business Administration.
