Anand Mahajan

Anand Mahajan has several years of experience in engineering and IT roles in the contact center technology field. Anand began their career in 2008 as an IPCC Engineer at vCustomer. In 2011, they joined Wipro Infotech Ltd as a Contact Center Technology specialist. In 2012, Anand joined Fareportal Inc as a Manager for Cisco VoIP & UCCE. Anand was later promoted to Senior Manager IT at Fareportal Inc in 2016. Currently, Anand is working at Fareportal as the Associate Director of Contact Center Technologies and Network Engineering, and they will be promoted to Director of Engineering in April 2023.

Anand Mahajan obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology - SMU between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication from Chitkara Institute of Engineering & Technology, spanning from 2004 to 2008. Anand had their secondary education at Bosco Public School where they completed the 12th grade in the Science field from 2001 to 2004. Anand Mahajan has also obtained certifications in AI For Business Specialization from the University of Pennsylvania and various certifications from Cisco including CCNA, CCNA-Voice, CIPT1, CCIE Voice Written, and ITILv3.
