Pankaj Chawla

Pankaj Chawla has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Pankaj started their career in 1997 as a Purchase Officer at Samsung Electronics. Pankaj then worked at Genpact as an Assistant Manager from 1998 to 2004. From 2004 to 2006, they worked at IBM Global Process Services as a Manager. Pankaj then joined Bank of America as a Senior Manager from 2006 to 2013. After that, they worked at EXL as an Assistant Vice President from 2013 to 2017. Currently, they are working at Fareportal as an Associate Director of Project Management, where they are responsible for various tasks such as enterprise process architect, service design, intelligent automation, and common capabilities product ownership.

Pankaj Chawla holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from the Indian Institute of Finance, completed from 2004 to 2007. Pankaj also completed their AISSCE degree in Commerce from St Francis De Sales School, during the years 1978 to 1992. Additionally, Pankaj Chawla has obtained several certifications, such as Digital Transformation from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 2022, Statistics for Data Science and Business Analysis from Udemy in 2020, and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in July 2019, among others.
