Job Summary
FARHA ROOFING, an award-winning roofing company with locations in Wichita, Eads, Durango, Kansas City, Denver, Orlando, and Phoenix and now St. Louis has an excellent career opportunity for a Sales/Project Manager with 5 years of experience in residential roofing or a similar field.

Our ideal candidate would have Residential Sales Experience in roofing, can work effectively in a collaborative, team-based company and has a proven record of consistently meeting sales goals and objectives.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Outside direct sales position
· Project Management
· Direct customer communication throughout the claim and roofing process
· Communicate with vendors and sub-contractors
· Payment collection
Job Type: Commission, $100,000.00+ per year
On Goal Target Sell 1 Million Make 100,000k
Qualifications and Skills
· Valid driver’s license
· Basic computer and internet skills
· Ability to use a smartphone
· Ability to lift 50 pounds
· Ability to climb on roofs
· Personally, driven and self-motivated
· Sales experience in the commercial construction market selling products/services to property management companies, asset managers, REIT’s, insurance agents, building owners, architects, developers, engineering firms, and general contracting firms.
