Corey Adams, Ed.D. has extensive work experience in various leadership and organizational development roles. Corey currently serves as the Chief Learning Officer and Associate Director of the Learning and Organizational Change Team at the Farm Credit Administration since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Professor of Practice in Organizational Leadership and Learning at The George Washington University - Graduate School of Education and Human Development from August 2020.
Between 2015 and 2021, Corey held multiple positions at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), including Group Manager of Workforce Policy and Program Development from March 2016 to June 2021, and Senior Workforce Policy Advisor from December 2015 to November 2019.
Their career began with the US Army in 1995, where they held various leadership and operations management roles. Corey's expertise lies in the fields of learning, organizational change, workforce policy, and program development.
Corey Adams, Ed.D., holds a Doctor of Education - EdD degree in Applied Research in Human and Organizational Learning from The George Washington University. Before pursuing their Ed.D., they obtained a Master of Science - MS degree in Administration and Business Management from Central Michigan University. Additionally, Corey completed their undergraduate studies at American Military University, earning a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Transportation and Logistics Management.

The Farm Credit Administration (FCA) is an independent Federal agency that regulates and examines the banks, associations, and related entities of the Farm Credit System (FCS), including the Federal Agricultural Mortgage Corporation (Farmer Mac). The FCS is the largest agricultural lender in the United States. It is a nationwide network of lending institutions that are owned by their borrowers. It serves all 50 States and Puerto Rico. The FCS provides credit and other services to agricultural producers and farmer-owned cooperatives. It also makes loans for the following: - Agricultural processing and marketing activities - Rural housing - Certain farm-related businesses - Agricultural and aquatic cooperatives - Rural utilities - Foreign and domestic companies involved in international agricultural trade Our headquarters, as well as a field office, are located in McLean, Virginia.
