Sufiya Hackim

Sufiya Hackim has extensive experience in agile methodology, currently serving as a Senior Scrum Master at Farm Credit Bank of Texas since February 2020, where responsibilities include coaching teams and executives, managing risk, and enhancing delivery quality. Prior roles include Senior Scrum Master at Arvest Bank, where Sufiya initiated a Scrum community of practice and facilitated an enterprise agile transformation, and Scrum Master positions at Hallmark Cards, Macy's, and Circle K, focusing on team effectiveness and project-level issue resolution. Sufiya earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Anna University between June 2006 and April 2010.
