Debbie Caldeira

Deborah Caldeira has over 30 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, and employee relations. Deborah currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources at Farm Credit of Florida, overseeing various HR functions including payroll, benefits, and talent management. Prior to this role, Deborah held leadership positions at BankAtlantic and worked as a Legal Secretary at the New York Stock Exchange. Deborah also has a background in insurance processing and earned their education from New York University.
