Brian Deveney

Brian DeVeney is an accomplished human resources executive, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Farm Credit Services of America, AgCountry, and Frontier Farm Credit. With extensive experience in organizational development, HR strategy, and talent management, Brian has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Human Capital and Vice President of Organizational Development & Learning, where significant contributions were made to enhance board education and development programs. Prior to joining Farm Credit, Brian held key positions at Omaha Steaks, leading training and development initiatives across a workforce of over 1,800 employees. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Communication and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Colorado State University, complemented by teaching experience at both Colorado State University and Front Range Community College.
