Scott Binder

Scott joined FCSAmerica in 2020 as chief operating officer. He leads centralized business solutions, lending operations, human resources, corporate services and organizational learning and development. Scott came to the Association from Farm Credit Council (FCC) Services, where as CEO he and his team provided organizational development, training and insurance services to Farm Credit organizations across the country. He also has led business operations for Comcast and Time Warner Cable. He began his career as a certified public accountant for Arthur Anderson in Denver.
