Kayla Greenberg

Kayla Greenberg has a strong background in operations and marketing, with experience in leading retail companies. Kayla is currently working as the Director of Retail Operations at FarmaceuticalRX, where they are responsible for managing all operations and projects, including inventory management, sales generation, compliance, staffing, merchandising, and marketing. Kayla is also accountable for building positive relationships with vendors and negotiating products.

Prior to their current role, Kayla worked at Body and Mind - BaM as the Marketing Operations Manager. During their time there, they implemented strategic marketing and rebranding plans to support growth goals and drove the brand's future vision. Kayla was also a Regional Manager and Project Manager, where they achieved top-producing results, developed national project plans, and led cross-functional teams.

Earlier in their career, Kayla served as a General Manager, overseeing multiple regional store locations and wholesale operations across six states. Kayla was responsible for streamlining operations, managing distributions, and training and developing direct and indirect reports.

In addition, they obtained a certification in managing campaign ads in Search Ads 360 from the Google Digital Academy (Skillshop).
