Susan Tylkowski has held various roles in customer support and management throughout their career. Susan currently works as a Customer Relations Manager at Farmer Brothers, where Susan oversees Inside Sales, Customer Services, and Lead Generations teams to ensure exceptional client experience. Prior to this, Susan was a Senior Manager of Customer Support Services/Customer Success at ISI Telemanagement Solutions, where Susan focused on retaining and growing revenue from existing customers. Susan also holds a Mini MBA in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from DePaul Driehaus College of Business.
