The board of directors for Farmer Brothers has a history of experience in finance and accounting. Many of the directors have worked as accountants for various companies, including Core-Mark Holding Company, Inc., Coopers & Lybrand, Odax, and Seven Crown Resorts. They also have educational backgrounds in business administration and accounting from San Francisco State University.
