Roy A. Norville, SPHR

Roy A. Norville, SPHR has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources. Roy A. began their career in 1986 as the Human Resources Manager at The Genie Company, a manufacturer of electronic components for garage door openers. In 1998, they moved to the National Radio Astronomy Observatory as the Observatory-wide Deputy & Employment Manager. From 2009 to 2011, Roy was the Human Resources Manager at Tactical & Survival Specialties, Inc. (TSSI). Roy A. then joined Strategic HR Solutions, LLC (SHRS) as a Human Resources Management Consultant from 2011 to 2013. From 2013 to 2014, Roy was the Human Resources/H & S Manager at Pactiv, LLC. During this time, they also served as a Board Member and Past President at Blue Ridge Safety Association. From 2014 to 2018, Roy was the Vice President of Human Resources at RxAlly. Roy A. is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Shenandoah Valley Organic - Farmer Focus.
