Adrienne Pate Holden, MPH, CAC, CPT, SNS has a diverse work experience in the fields of benefits and compensation, health and wellness, and fitness coaching. Adrienne currently serves as a Sr Benefits & People Operations Analyst at Farmer's Business Network, Inc., where they are responsible for managing benefits and people operations. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Compensation Benefits Analyst at the same company.

Adrienne also has experience as the Owner/Founder of Holden Reset, LLC, where they provided services as a business owner and founder. Adrienne has also worked as a Fitness Coach at Endorphasm and as a Compensation Specialist at Freedom Mortgage, where they were responsible for various tasks such as data management, analysis, and assisting with the dissemination of compensation information.

Adrienne Pate Holden, MPH, CAC, CPT, SNS completed their Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Community Health and Preventive Medicine from Georgia Southern University, where they studied from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health Education and Promotion from the same university, studying from 2008 to 2011.

In addition to their academic degrees, Adrienne has obtained several certifications. Adrienne became a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) from Career Step in August 2018. Moreover, they hold a certification as a Sports Nutrition Specialist from the National Council on Strength & Fitness (NCSF) which they obtained in November 2021, and a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification from NCSF acquired in June 2021. Adrienne also possesses an American Red Cross BLS certification, obtained in June 2023, and a Compensation Analyst Certification from ERI Economic Research Institute, obtained in March 2023.
