At Farmer's Business Network, Inc., Chris served as the Director of People Systems & Analytics, where they developed an analytics and proactive consulting function within the People organization. Chris established metrics and analysis to support employee-related business decisions and built Workday dashboards for key stakeholders.

Prior to that, Chris worked at Sunovion Pharmaceuticals as the Senior Director of HR Systems Delivery & Program Management. Chris led the coordination, change management, and delivery of HR strategic projects and developed a comprehensive roadmap across functional disciplines.
