Sasha Nichols has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to the present. Sasha started their career as a Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research, where they conducted research on regulatory competition, intellectual property regimes, and differences in business organization laws. From 2010 to 2011, Sasha worked as a Research Associate at UCLA Anderson School of Management.

In 2012, Sasha joined UC Irvine School of Law as an Advanced Clinic Student, where they worked on a year-long project focusing on former political prisoners in Burma. From 2017 to 2018, Sasha worked as an Associate at Milbank LLP, focusing on M&A transactions and founding the office's DEI group.

Since 2018, Sasha has been working at Farmer's Business Network, Inc.
