Matt Punzel has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, working as a Hospitality Manager at B and L Holdings of Neenah LLC and Larson Companies. Matt managed beverage operations, maintained licenses, and ensured overall safety of the facilities. Currently, Matt serves as an Agency Development Manager at Farmers Insurance, where Matt manages recruiting efforts and trains new talent in the largest district in Wisconsin. In addition to their managerial roles, Matt has also worked as a Customer Service Team Lead and Representative, focusing on developing and mentoring agents to be the best equipped in the industry.
