Shannan Bacchus

Shannan Bacchus is an accomplished insurance professional with extensive experience in product management and insights within the industry. Currently serving as the Head of Insights - Distribution Experience at Farmers Insurance since April 2022, Shannan previously held the position of Director of Product Management at Liberty Mutual Insurance from April 2020 to April 2022. Prior to that role, Shannan was the Assistant Director of Product Research at Liberty Mutual and worked at MetLife as an Auto Product Manager from July 2014 to April 2020. Earlier in the career, Shannan served as a State Product Analyst at The Hanover Insurance Group. Shannan Bacchus holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University at Buffalo, earned between 2000 and 2004.
