Kenton Springer

Kenton Springer possesses extensive experience in agricultural management and consulting, currently serving as Assistant Vice-President of Southwest Regional Marketing at Farmers National Company since January 1995. In this role, Kenton specializes in farm and ranch management, succession planning, and sales, leveraging a network of real estate experts across 28 states. Additionally, Kenton holds the title of Accredited Farm Manager, focusing on developing agricultural management plans that enhance asset value and increase net income. Prior to these roles, Kenton worked in trust services and farm management at Bank IV Kansas and led agricultural educational programs as County Executive Director and Agricultural Agent for the Kansas Cooperative Extension Service. Kenton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agronomy from Kansas State University.
