Elizabeth Lynam, MS, PHR has over 12 years of experience in Human Resources and Retail Management. Elizabeth began their career in 2008 as a Marketing and Night Time Manager at Chick-fil-A. In 2010, they joined Vera Bradley as a Store Manager, where they were responsible for leading a team of 5-10 team members, 1 assistant manager, and 2 key holders. Elizabeth was also responsible for managing all human resource related functions. Elizabeth was promoted to Assistant Store Manager in 2012, where they led a team of 10-15 team members and 1-2 key holders. In 2016, Elizabeth joined Hamilton Jewelers as Human Resources Manager, where they implemented a new human capital management system and introduced a new Employee Wellness Program. In 2018, they joined Farmers of Salem as Director, Human Resources and Facilities Management, where they developed and implemented HR plans, personnel policies and procedures. Elizabeth also joined Salem Risk Associates, a subsidiary of Farmers of Salem, as Human Resources Manager, where they developed and implemented HR plans, personnel policies and procedures.

Elizabeth Lynam, MS, PHR has a diverse educational background. Elizabeth obtained their Master of Science (M.S.) in Human Resource Development from Villanova University between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Hawaii at Manoa between 2010 and 2012. Elizabeth also earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Rowan College at Gloucester County between 2009 and 2010. Additionally, they attended Johnson and Wales University North Miami, FL for Marketing between 2008 and 2009. Her educational background began with Delsea Regional High School, which they attended between 2004 and 2008.

In addition to their educational background, Elizabeth has obtained several certifications. Elizabeth became an Ordained Minister from the Universal Life Church in March 2019, a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2017, a Notary Public Commission from the State of New Jersey in May 2019, and Standard First Aid, CPR and AED from the American Red Cross.
