Branden Carter is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in the restaurant and technology sectors. As the Director of IT at Founding Farmers Restaurant Group since December 2014, Branden orchestrates IT operations across multiple high-volume restaurants, overseeing critical systems such as Aloha Point of Sale and Online Ordering. Prior to this role, Branden served as Operations Manager at POSabilities, Inc., where leadership of a cross-functional team ensured support for Aloha POS systems across several states. Branden began a career in IT as a System Engineer at Future Information Technology, INC and holds a Master Certificate in PC and Networking Design with Security from the Computer Career Institute at Johns Hopkins.

We’re serving the best food we can, made from scratch in our kitchens every day. Our innovative, American dishes are made primarily with pure ingredients honoring the farmers and their hard-earned bounty.
