Pauline Hilley

Pauline Hilley has a wealth of work experience. Pauline began their career in 2011 as a Business Analyst for the Financial Services Authority. In 2012, they moved to a role as a Commercial Support Analyst for the same company. In 2013, they began working for Rolls-Royce in a series of roles, including Commercial Officer - Strategy and Future Programmes, Commercial Officer - Airbus Programmes, Commercial Graduate Marine Services, Asia, and Professional Excellence Commercial Graduate Trainee. In 2020, they joined Farmforce AS as a Project Manager - Product and Development and Key Account Manager.

Pauline Hilley completed their International Baccalaureate Diploma at South Island School, Hong Kong from 2005 to 2009. Pauline then attended Durham University from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a B.Sc. in Natural Sciences (Physics, Chemistry and Economics). In 2012, they began their Master in International Business at Grenoble Ecole de Management, which they completed in 2014.
