Kayla Saturday has a wealth of experience in e-commerce and digital product management. Kayla began their career in 2011 as a Certified Trainer at McAlister's Deli. During this time, they were responsible for team member training on new store protocols and processes, managed front-of-house operations, and was heavily involved in B2B orders. In 2013, they moved to Princeton Salon and Spa as a Salon Coordinator, where they developed protocols to elevate the customer experience, was recognized as a top product seller, and was promoted to manage a different location and transform its reputation. In 2014, Kayla took on the role of Client Relations Specialist at The 124 Group, where they managed and analyzed customer experience, industry trends, and corporate policies to develop the first client retention growth strategy. In 2016, they became Social Media + Client Services Manager at AlphaCord, where they contributed directly to historically high DTC sales and profit growth, the implementation of a new website, and the success of client-facing pitches. In 2018, Kayla joined Marena as Assistant Digital Marketing Manager, where they managed requirements gathering from various cross-functional stakeholders and led implementation of various digital products, site enhancements, and customer lifecycle automation efforts. In 2021, they moved to Floor & Decor as Ecommerce Product Manager, where they drove product backlog prioritization, documented business requirements, and confirmed/validated with key stakeholders. Most recently, Kayla began working as Senior Digital Product Manager at Farmgirl Flowers in 2022.
Kayla Saturday attended Georgia Gwinnett College, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing.
