Rachna Jindal has extensive experience in the finance and accounting industry. Rachna began their career in 1999 as an Article and Audit Assistant at T R Chadha & Co LLP Chartered Accountants. In 2002, they took on the role of Executive- Finance & Accounts at Honda Cars India Ltd, where they were responsible for treasury and banking operations. In 2003, they moved to Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise as Manager- Finance and Accounts, managing general accounting and reporting, book closing, reporting, audits, financial preparation and projections, and accounting of capex, payroll, and employee claims. In 2008, they joined Pernod Ricard as Head of Operations Finance- Controller, providing finance and control framework to operations team to achieve business goals, and as Head of Treasury and Corporate Control and Taxation. In 2021, they became Senior Vice President Finance and Accounts at Jindal Poly Films Limited, Delhi, where they managed the whole gamut of Accounts and Finance department, and was a Management Committee member responsible for business decisions, performance, and allocation of resources. Rachna is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Farmley.

Rachna Jindal has an education background that spans from 1996 to 2022. Rachna attended Government Girls Senior Secondary School, New Delhi from 1996 to 1996 and obtained a School degree in Business/Commerce, General. Subsequently, they attended Delhi University from 1996 to 1999, earning a Bachelor of Commerce - BCom (H) degree in Business/Commerce, General. Lastly, they attended The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 1998 to 2001, obtaining a CA degree in CA. Additionally, Jindal has obtained several certifications, including a Diploma in International Financial Reporting from KPMG in 2010, and several courses from LinkedIn in 2021, such as Communicating in the Language of Leadership, Developing Your Emotional Intelligence, Leading with Vision, and Succeeding in a New Role By Managing Up. In 2022, they will obtain a Specialisation in Materiality of ESG Factors from the University of Pennsylvania.
