Zubair Hansia is a highly experienced culinary professional with a comprehensive background in various kitchen roles, including Chef De Cuisine, Sous Chef, and Chef de Partie at Farmshop since July 2013. Zubair has demonstrated expertise in food preparation, menu planning, and team coordination across multiple establishments, including an internship as Outlet Manager at Hotel Nikko San Francisco and a Sous Chef position at Cafe du Cirque. Prior experience includes preparing foods at Whole Foods and managing shifts at Meridian and Sultan, contributing to customer service, inventory management, and event catering. Zubair holds an Associate of Arts degree from City College of San Francisco and College of Marin.
