Jennifer Hoopes

Jennifer has 20 years of experience in corporate and securities law, as well as risk management, data privacy and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining FarmTogether, Jennifer served General Counsel and Senior Managing Director at Foreside Financial Group, where she built and led the legal function, oversaw numerous compliance matters and spearheaded Foreside’s global business initiatives. Jennifer also serves as an Independent Trustee for the 2022 ETF Series Trust and is known for her expertise in mutual fund, closed-end fund and ETF regulatory compliance, risk management and distribution. She has also served as a subject matter expert on panels at conferences, on webinars and in the media on subjects including the intersection of US and international laws and regulations, regulatory compliance, vendor management and M&A. Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree from Yale University and a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law.
