Yunpeng Li

Yunpeng Li has an extensive work experience beginning in 2000. Yunpeng was a Technical Lead for TopSolid CAD/CAM and an Application Engineer for Cimatron & CATIA V5 at Beijing Yuhang Computer Software Ltd. from 2000 to 2007. Yunpeng then worked for Digital China as a PDM/PLM Consultant from 2007 to the same year. Yunpeng then worked for Dassault Systèmes as a Product Manager for Enterprise PDM/PLM, Greater China and a Territory Technical Manager for SolidWorks, Western China from 2007 to 2014. From 2014 to 2018, they were a Research Assistant at Syracuse University. Yunpeng then co-founded UsPLM, Inc. and served as CTO from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they are the Director of Cloud Services at AutoModality and will be the Director of Cloud Development at Farm(x) beginning in 2022.

Yunpeng Li obtained their BS in Aeronautical Engineering from Beihang University in 2000. Yunpeng then pursued their MS in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at Syracuse University, which they completed in 2013. Yunpeng completed their PhD in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at Syracuse University in 2018. In addition to their education, they have obtained four certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2018, New Product Development Professional (NPDP) from the PDMA - Product Development and Management Association in 2017, Small Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) - Remote Pilot from the Federal Aviation Administration in 2017, and Certified SolidWorks Professional (CSWP) from Dassault Systèmes in 2007.
