Ashlyn Sibincich is an experienced retail professional with a comprehensive background in merchandise planning and allocation. Currently serving as Vice President of Merchandise Planning & Allocation at Farsight since February 2025, Ashlyn also founded One Step Ahead Consulting in June 2024. Previous roles include Senior Director of Planning & Allocations at goop, Head of Operations at Little Saints, and Senior Director of Client Growth at Villain. Experience at The Sill included positions of Senior Director, Buying & Planning, Director of Planning, and Senior Planning Manager. Ashlyn started the retail career at Macy's in various roles, including Business Manager and Associate Buyer, and has also worked as a Wholesale Planner at Carters Inc. and a Merchandise Planner at Foot Locker.
