James Preselo

James Preselo is the Head of Talent at Farsight Consulting Ltd since February 2022, where responsibilities include designing and implementing talent attraction strategies to support high growth ambitions. Farsight was acquired by Version 1 in April 2024. Prior to this role, James took a career break from October 2021 to January 2022 to pursue personal interests and reset career direction after the birth of a son. James served as Lead Recruiter at BPA Search from April 2010 to September 2021, specializing in recruiting finance professionals for prominent companies and private equity firms. Earlier experience includes a position as Business Manager at Hays from October 2006 to March 2010, attaining a fast track promotion and generating significant revenue. Academically, James holds a Law degree from Cardiff University and a LPC from The University of Law.
