Monica is a professional with more than eight years of experience in IT Staffing and talent acquisition. She graduated with honors in Psychology. Afterwards, she has had the privilege of partnering with the best fortune 500 clients on full-time and contractual basis by holding Recruiting and Associate roles in multinational companies such as GE Capital, Affiliated Computer Services (Now Xerox), Hudson, SAP, K2 Partnering Solutions, and nowadays Fast Dolphin, Inc. She joined Fast Dolphin in 2012 and currently focuses on recruiting SAP talent at all levels for United States, Canada, and LATAM and looks to form strong relationships within the respective community.
