Ricardo Padilla

Ricardo graduated from the career of Psychology in 2013 and he started working in HR since then. His first job was as an assistant in a tech company where he started to learn about recruitment and other HR activities such as labor relations, benefits and staff administration. Then in 2014 he worked as a HR administrator for a manufacturing company, and he was on charge of looking up for the night shift employees. Then, in December of 2014 he started working as a HR Administrator for a telecommunications company in which he worked for almost 8 years and in 2022 he joined Fast Dolphin as a Recruiting Master, he is passionate about recruiting in general.
