Rosa Romero

Rosa joined Fast Dolphin in 2022 and currently holds the position of Recruiting Master focusing in obtaining the best IT professionals for US, Mexico, and Latin America. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and experience in different Human Resource activities, in the Automotive Industry, Compliance, Financial Advisory, and Customer Service in general. She grew up in Kennesaw Georgia for about 14 years coming back to her hometown in Mexico for her university studies. She enjoys helping other people, provide solutions and to take on new challenges to learn and contribute in everything she performs. Rosa believes that commitment, teamwork, perseverance, and passion are key to succeed.
