Heidi McElhaney

Heidi McElhaney has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Heidi started their career in 2008 as a Human Resource Assistant at Voith AG, where they worked until 2010. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Human Resource Assistant at GrafTech International. Heidi then joined Marshall County Government in 2012 and held various roles including Billing Clerk, Assistant Budget Director, and Human Resources Generalist until 2018. In 2018, they joined Fast Pace Health as a Human Resources Generalist and later transitioned to the role of Senior People and Culture Partner in 2019.

Heidi McElhaney obtained their Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Office Management and Supervision from Columbia State Community College, where they studied from 2008 to 2010. Heidi later pursued a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management at Western Governors University, completing their studies from 2017 to 2019. Continuing their education, Heidi earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University, attending from 2020 to 2022.

In addition to their academic achievements, Heidi McElhaney holds several certifications. Heidi obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021. In March 2021, they received the Accredited Valuation Analyst (AVA) certification from AVA Assessment Associates, Inc. Furthermore, Heidi acquired the OSHA 10 Hour certification from OSHA 10 Hour Training in May 2018 and became a Notary Public for the State of Tennessee in June 2018.
