James Ibanez

James Ibanez has been working in the customer success field for over 8 years. James started their career at Propertybase as a Junior Customer Success Analyst and worked their way up to Director of Customer Success. In February 2019, they left Propertybase to become a Salesforce Consultant at Fast Slow Motion.

James Ibanez completed a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez. James then went on to complete a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General, at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management. James Ibanez is also certified as a Salesforce Administrator.

Their manager is Michael Johnson, Salesforce Director. They work with Deanna Hall - Salesforce Relationship Manager, Ryan Lewis - Salesforce Consultant, and Aakriti Rai - Salesforce Consultant.
