John Rinehart has extensive work experience in the telecommunications and technology industry. John is currently the Chief Customer Officer and Co-Founder at FastBridge Fiber, where they aim to provide equal and reliable internet access for all. Prior to this, John served as the Director of Client Experience at RapidScale, a managed cloud services provider. John also held the role of Board Member and Philanthropic Chair at SIM-RTP, focusing on STEM education and support for underrepresented groups. John has experience as the President of celito.net, an internet service provider, where they managed operations and guided revenue growth. John was the Regional Sales Director at Insight, leading sales activities and expanding business accounts. John also served as the VP and General Manager at Level 3 Communications, a leading voice and data networking solutions provider. Earlier in their career, they worked at Dell EMC as an Area Service Partner Manager and at NWN as the VP of Professional Services. John began their career at Sprint, where they held various leadership positions and played a key role in sales and operations optimization projects.

John Rinehart obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University, where they studied from 1984 to 1989. John further pursued their education at North Carolina State University - College of Management from 1994 to 1996, earning a Master of Science (MS) degree in Technology Management. Apart from their formal education, John Rinehart also obtained additional certifications in the field of technology. In October 2014, they completed the AWS Business Professional certification from Amazon Web Services, and in September 2014, they acquired the VMWare 5.5 Sales Certification from VMware.
