Randy Whitehead has a diverse background in the telecommunications industry, with extensive experience in regulatory affairs, contract negotiation, and acquisition of real estate rights. Randy is currently working as the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Underlying Rights at FastBridge Fiber, where they oversee regulatory matters at the federal and state level, as well as matters related to underlying rights. Prior to this role, Randy worked as a Consulting Senior Right of Way Agent and Contract Negotiator at Vero Fiber Networks. Randy also served as a Consulting Senior Advisor and Land Law Examiner at MinnTex Technologies, representing the company on a retainer contract.

Before joining FastBridge Fiber, Randy had their own consulting firm, Randy Whitehead, LLC, where they provided telecommunications infrastructure services as the Principal. Randy also worked at Zayo Group as the Senior Director of Underlying Rights in the Law Department. During their tenure at Zayo, Randy was responsible for negotiating and acquiring hundreds of underlying rights, such as municipal franchise agreements and private easements, to support the company's operations. Randy also played a key role in the integration of acquired companies into Zayo.

Randy's career in the telecommunications industry began at Ledcor, where they served as a Right of Way Agent, responsible for negotiating and acquiring real estate rights for fiber optic communication cables. Ledcor's communications division later merged with Pacific Fiber Link to become Worldwide Fiber, which was acquired by 360networks, subsequently acquired by Zayo Group.

In addition to their work in the private sector, Randy also worked as a Senior Advisor for Infrastructure Real Estate at FirstNet - Jefferson County Emergency Communications Authority, where they played a vital role in the acquisition and maintenance of real estate rights for the deployment of the USA's first state-of-the-art 911 and First Responder's Network. Randy also worked briefly as a Right of Way Agent/Real Estate Consultant at Windstream.
