Rupesh Boorugu

Rupesh Boorugu is the current Director of IT & Cloud Architect at Fastcase. Rupesh has over 12 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on software development and cloud computing. Rupesh began their career as a software engineer at Unisys, where they worked on the Next Generation Motor Vehicle (NGMV) application for the State of Louisiana. Rupesh was responsible for business requirement gathering, analysis, functional and technical specifications, development, and documentation. Rupesh also developed interfaces with business partners for data exchange, and created packages in SSIS for flat-file interactions. In their role at Unisys, Rupesh also designed and developed reports in SSRS and worked on IBM content manager for storing images of transactions.

After leaving Unisys, Rupesh spent two years as a Senior Software Engineer at Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association, where they were responsible for leading a team of developers in designing and developing enterprise applications. Rupesh then spent four years as a Solutions Architect at Microsoft, working on Azure cloud computing platform. In their current role at Fastcase, Rupesh is responsible for leading the IT team and directing the company's overall technology strategy. Rupesh is an expert in cloud computing and has extensive experience in developing enterprise applications.

Rupesh Boorugu has a Masters in Information Technology from Louisiana State University. Rupesh also has a BE from Osmania University. Rupesh is certified from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate and AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional. Rupesh is also certified from Amazon Web Services in AWS Certified Developer - Associate and AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
