Chloe Becquet

Chloe Becquet is the current Sr. Dir. of IT at Fastly. Chloe has also previously worked as an Associate Director, Technology at HelloFresh from June 2020 to May 2022. During their time at HelloFresh, they oversaw the company's technology operations and strategic alignment during its hypergrowth throughout 2020 & 2021, and prepared the office for Return To Office initiative in 2022.

Becquet is known for their work in building out, leading, and mentoring a team of remote IT help desk technicians and SaaSOps engineers while managing outsourced IT providers (MSP) and supporting over 5000 staff. Chloe has also streamlined IT/HR processes, providing a smoother onboarding process for new hires by introducing automation and inter-departmental review of cumbersome processes. In addition, Becquet took ownership of vendor relationships while streamlining procurement channels to ensure minimal disruption to HelloFresh's growth while the hardware sector experienced component shortages.

Notable Achievements:

- Overhauled the AV solution to increase remote team collaboration and performance, and simplify the use of technology

- Reduced IT spend by 40% by pivoting IT helpdesk needs from MSP to in-house team

- Manually migrated 800+ Windows devices from Continuum/Connect-Wise to Azure Intune while also leveraging ABM/Autopilot for 2000+ newly purchased endpoints

Chloe Becquet has an advanced diploma in computer systems engineering from Chisholm institute of TAFE. Chloe is also certified from BetterCloud in administrator fundamentals and from Proactive Support Professional in proactive support professional certification. In addition, they have a certification from BetterCloud in bettercloud certified administrator and from Lucid in Lucidchart essentials.
