Kyla Longe

Kyla Longe is currently the Director of GTM Systems at Fastly. Prior to that, they spent over a year as the Senior Manager of the Business Applications Team at BigCommerce. During their time at BigCommerce, Kyla grew the global Salesforce team by 50%, implemented tools for managing performance across the board, and developed a goal setting framework for senior team members. Kyla also led the evaluation and implementation of new technology on the core platforms, and advocated for and introduced process enhancements like release cadence and version control. Kyla also assisted in budget planning and executive presentation preparation.

Before joining BigCommerce, Kyla held various positions at companies such as Oracle, Microsoft, and HP. Kyla has a wealth of experience in managing teams and developing software applications. Kyla is a highly skilled leader with a proven track record of success in driving growth and improving operational efficiency.

Kyla Longe has a Bachelor of Arts in Directing and Theatrical Production from Keene State College. Kyla also has a certification from LinkedIn in Strategic Thinking. Kyla has multiple certifications from Salesforce, including Salesforce Community Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, Advanced Administrator, Administrator, and Developer.
