Kathy Jung

Kathy Jung is a seasoned contracts management professional with extensive experience in leading and managing contract processes across multiple organizations. Currently, as the Director of Contracts Management at Fastly, Kathy oversees cross-functional collaboration, team development, and process improvements while mentoring and guiding teams. Previous roles at Fastly included Manager and Senior Contracts Manager, where Kathy implemented sales-facing processes, negotiated complex enterprise deals, and served as a subject matter expert for legal inquiries. Before joining Fastly, Kathy held positions at Cypress Creek Renewables and Strata Solar, LLC, focusing on contract compliance, negotiations, and operational analysis. Kathy's career began at Duke University Medical Center, where important research contributions were made in infectious disease. Kathy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
