Motohiro Takayama has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. In 2002, they worked as a Summer Intern at Sony, where they implemented and evaluated a process scheduler algorithm for the PS2 Linux kernel. From 2004 to 2010, they were a Researcher and Software Engineer at Toshiba Corporation. During this time, they led the development of a parallel virtual machine for a parallel programming language and a HTTP streaming module for an HD DVD player.

In 2010, Motohiro Takayama worked as a Software Engineer at DeNA, where they were involved in constructing game developing SDKs for mobile games. Motohiro also led a small development team in integrating ad networks with mobile games.

From 2010 to 2016, Motohiro Takayama worked as a Self Employed Technical Consultant, offering their expertise in various projects.
