Msae Angela Daniels

Angela Daniels, MSAE, SSGB, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Angela is currently working as a Senior Enterprise Account Manager at Fastly, a cloud computing services provider. In this role, they focus on extending core cloud infrastructure to the edge of the network, optimizing user experiences, and driving observability around customer networks.

Prior to joining Fastly, Angela worked at Concentrix, where they held multiple roles. As a Senior Manager, Voice of the Customer Sales & Solutions Lead, they were responsible for meeting revenue growth goals, managing key strategic accounts, and developing strategic account plans. Angela also received a Sales Achievement Award and closed significant deals.

Earlier in their career at Concentrix, Angela served as an Associate Manager and later as a Senior Specialist in CX Analytic Consulting. In these roles, they managed customer experience analytics projects, conducted statistical analysis on large data sets, and provided insights and recommendations to clients.

Angela also has experience working as a Market Intelligence Strategist at EWI Worldwide, a Business Development Intern at Wonderbox Technologies, and a Market Research Associate at the Institute of Supply Management. Angela obtained a Master of Science in Applied Economics, with a specialization in Marketing Research, from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2011, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics and Marketing, also from Marquette University.

In addition to their formal education, Angela Daniels has also obtained two additional certifications. Angela became a certified Six Sigma Green Belt from ASQ - World Headquarters in August 2017. Furthermore, they obtained the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2016.
